LC Shrimp & pork Hot and sour soup

Ingredients

    College Inn Chicken Broth Fat free, 50% sodium, (1) Container, 1 serving (remove)
    *Albertson's - Red Wine Vinegar, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    **soy sauce, la choy, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cucumber (raw) - 1/2 medium (~4 oz), 1 serving (remove)
    *Frozen uncooked Shrimp 2 lbs

Directions

In a large pan, heat broth, white pepper, red wine vinegar and sesame oil & soy sauce.. cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in shrimp and garlic; let simmer 5 minutes. minutes. Add cucumber simmer 3 minutes. Serve hot.
