Ingredients

1 c yellow corneal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1 c. nonfat milk
1/4 c. egg beaters
1 T baking powder
2 t. granulated sugar
Directions
Stir all together in large bowl. Spray muffin cups with nonstick spray. Fill Muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for approx. 15 min or until muffins are golden brown. Makes 16 cornbread muffins
