    cup chopped onion
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    1 whole carrot
    1 bay leaf
    2 cups of water

Directions

Simmer on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf and carrot.
