Roast Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 red bell pepper
    1/2 sweet walla walla onion
    1 cup chopped mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup chopped leftover beef roast
    1 c. Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
    1 can Healthy Request Crm of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 c. light sour cream
    2 cups of multigrain spiral pasta

Directions

Saute bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil. Add roast beef. When olive oil has cooked out or drain. Add sparingly Chicken (Chicken broth adds the omegas) broth and can of mushroom soup. Let cook down. Add sour cream 5 minutes before serving time.

Cook pasta to directions. Serve with a toss green salad and sweet dark oat and wheat bread.
