Use full can of Rotels & Swainson's broth Use full can of Rotels & Swainson's broth

    shrimp 1 lb
    rice 2/3 C
    rotels 1 can
    Swainson's chicken broth 1 can


Saute vegs in butter,
add broth, rotels & shrimp.
Bring to boil, add rice & simmer 15-20 minutes
