Goat Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

    2 Cups self rising flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 Tablespoons cold butter
    4 Tablespoons goat cheese
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F. Place flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder into medium sized bowl. Cut in the butter and goat cheese. Make a well in the middle of the ingredients and pour in the butter milk. Stir just till moist. Drop by 1/4 on prepared pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy warm.
