Introduction

Ingredients

    .5 lb. ground turkey
    1 can fire roasted tex mex diced tomatoes
    1/2 of medium onion chopped
    .5 tbsp. oregano
    .5 tbsp. parsley
    1/2 to 3/4 of cooked brown basmati rice or black rice
    1.5 red, yellow or orange bell peppers

Directions

mix cooked rice, onions, raw turkey, oregano, parsley, stuff into peppers, pour tomatoes over and cook in oven covered until turkey is cooked through. Can also do in the crockpot.

Can also top with cheese, but calories not included in this recipe.
