Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    7 small potatoes - diced
    7 carrots - diced
    1 large onion - diced
    7 stalks of celery - diced
    8 oz. cooked moose meat - diced
    1.5 cup uncooked pearl barley
    4 tsp worchestershire sauce
    2 pks beef boulliion
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

brown moosemeat and onions in 1 T of olive oil
add water and stir to get browning off bottom of pan
add all other ingredients
bring to boil
simmer until vegetables are tender
