Gluten Free No Sugar Added BANANA BREAD

Introduction

Super tasty and super healthy. Great for those with allergies.

This recipe uses oat flour which can be made at home for very low cost and is a good choice for sweeter foods cause it is neutral.

OAT FLOUR:
Equipment needed- standard blender or food processor
Ingredients- whole or quick oats

Using an entire container slowly food process oats to a powder/flour form and store back in container for continued use...

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 cups mashed bananas (3-4 bananas)
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 whole egg
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    4 cup oat flour (or wholegrain wheat for non-allergy)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Add ingredients in sequence
3. Mix. It will be sticky
4. Spray pan with cooking spray or grease with oil
5. Bake 20-30 minutes or until top crusts and splits
