Peanut butter and Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

    1 TBS. Sugar free peanut butter
    1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips
    1cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
    2 Garlic cloves, crushed.

Directions

Cut chicken into chunks. Heat In pan peanut butter, broth, soy sauce and garlic. Add chicken and cook until done.
Makes 4 servings.
