Hibachi Squash/Zucchini

Ingredients

    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp

Directions

Slice squash and onion. Melt butter in frying pan. Sautee squash in butter and coat with soy sauce. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Makes 4 0.5 cup servings
