Ingredients

    1 recipe Honey Oatmeal Whole wheat Bread
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
    2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
    2 tsp. organic no salt seasoning
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. mozzerella cheese, frozen
    1/2 can pineapple tidbits( about 1 c.) or pineapple chunks, chopped into small peices
    1 6 oz. can olives, sliced in half
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)

Directions

Prepare Honey whole wheat bread recipe according to mixing directions. When done neading, roll out to fit the size of a large cookie sheet and place on the cookie sheet. Rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F and bake for about 12 minutes, until it feels done. Mix tomato sauce, garlic powder, no salt seasoning, and oregano leaves in a pot, and simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Brown the ground turkey in another pot. Remove the pizza crust from the oven, and spread with a thin layer of tomato sauce mixture. Top with ground turkey, olives, salad mix, and mozzerella cheese. Drop pineapple chunks over the top. Make sure the whole crust is covered, even at the edges. Bake another 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and the pizza is hot. Cut into squares.
