Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Handful Raw Almonds
    Handful Raw Walnuts
    Handful Raw Cashews
    Handful Sun Dried Tomatoes loosely packed (If using oil packed, may slightly reduce amount of oil added)
    6 - 8 Baby Portobello Mushrooms
    1 Tbsp Nama Shoyu + more to taste
    1/2 Tsp Chili Powder (or to taste)
    1/4 Tsp Cayenne Powder (or to taste)
    3 - 5 Tbsp EFA* oil blend
    Optional: 1 Tsp Salt (or to taste)

    *EFA oil blend is from Brendan Brazier's Thrive book 8 parts Hemp Oil/1 Part Flax Oil/1 Part Pumpkin Oil (mine is a roasted pumpkin seed oil - NOT RAW)


Directions

Put everything in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
