Grandma's Soup

Introduction

My mom used to make this when I came home to visit. She would add ground beef (sautÚd when one of the meat eating family would come). It is so delicious, and the secret is the ketchup! I also add potatoes occasionally, but without is better for weight loss. My mom used to make this when I came home to visit. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 big package Mixed Vegetables (or 2 10 oz)
    1 C Spaghetti Sauce
    1 C Salsa
    1/2 C Ketchup
    2 C Edamame, Shelled frozen (or one package)
    1/2 C chopped Onions
    Basil to taste
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    4 cubes vegetarian boullion
    Water

Directions

Fill a big pot 1/2 - 2/3 full of water
Add all the ingredients. Let come to boil and lower heat. Low boil for 20 minutes.

Can be served with noodles.
