Introduction

First cook the cauliflower and the carrots in salted water. When soft, remove from heat and add milk, and spices. Add raw egg and mix, so that the egg gets clodded.     Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Cauliflower, cooked, 6 flowerets
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.15 tsp
