cheese sauce

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz cheddar cheese
    3 tbsp flour
    3 tbsp butter
    1.5 c milk (I use 1%)

Directions

Melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk constantly stirring. Continue stirring until just boiling. Add cheese and stir until melted. Season as desired. (I like a tsp of old bay seasoning)
