Lemon Pepper Broccoli Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces, sliced thin
    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped or diced
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    Fat free half and half, .25 cup
    *Lemon Juice, .1/2 lemon
    2 t. olive oil
    salt
    lemon pepper marinade

Directions

Quickly steam the broccoli and remove from pan. Add olive oil, heat-saute shallots and garlic. Add chicken that has been seasoned with salt and lemon pepper. Saute until cooked through. Put broccoli back in with chicken; stir and add cheese and half/half. Stir until melted and reduced. Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over top. Enjoyl
