Dollbabe56's Pork, Cabbage and Potatoes

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 head of cabbage chopped
    6-7 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    15 baby carrots
    1 onion sliced
    1 carton Swanson's Chicken Stock
    4 pork loin boneless chops
    whole wheat flour, salt, pepper
    olive oil

Directions

Place carrots in steamer and cook 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until "nearly" tender.
Coat pork with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in large pan with olive oil.
Place pork in bottom of crock pot. Top with onion slices. Next, put carrots and potatoes.

Cook cabbage in the pan the pork was browned in, just to saute a bit.
Add cabbage and drippings to the crockpot.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
