2 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped into fine pieces
6 oz noodles, cooked and drained
1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, condensed
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 stick butter or margarine
In a large bowl, mix soups and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken pieces and noodles. Gently fold ingredients until well-coated.
Place in a 9 x 13 casserole.
Melt margarine or butter in a medium skillet. Stir in cracker crumbs until coated.
Spread crumb mixture over casserole.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly, and top is browned.
