Ingredients
-
Ingredients:
Chilli Powder, 1 tbsp
Cumin Seed, Ground
1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Ground
1 Large Garlic Clove finely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
8 Pork Chop Bone-In
Directions
Before you start mixing the ingredients and preparing your meat you should prepare your fire so that it will be nice and hot ready for grilling.
Trim Fat from Pork Chops wash and pat dry with towel or paper towel. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Rub the mixture on both sides of the Pork Chops. Set prepared Pork Chops in refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes. You can let them marinate longer but I would not exceed 24 hours.
When you return to your grill it should be hot and the flames should kick-up once you open the top, if it doesn't you fire may not be hot enough. It is important to have the flames and not just hot charcoal.
Once your grill is ready place each Pork Chop on the grill turning only once. It should take 7-12 minutes on each side for desired doneness.
