Introduction

Using leftovers for breakfast in a savory way.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup torn Romaine Lettuce
    1/4 cup corn
    1/3 cup mushrooms, cooked
    1 piece of sliced pork tenderloin, cooked
    salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning to taste
    Splash of red wine vinegar

Directions

MAKES 1 BOWL

Place mushrooms in skillet, season with salt,pepper,& Mrs. Dash. Cook until brown about 5-6 minutes. Add corn and pork if desired. Cook til heated through.

Tear lettuce into bowl, add vinegar, then veggies and pork.

Serve immediately.
