1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup General Tso's Sauce (I use the Iron Chef brand)
1 lb. broccoli
2. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook chicken all the way through.
3. While chicken is cooking: In a non-stick pan, cook broccoli covered on medium, stirring occasioally, until hot.
4. Add sauce to chicken and toss until evenly coated.
5. Serve chicken on a bed of broccoli and with a side of rice.
Makes 2 servings: 4 oz chicken & 1/2 lb broccoli.
