    2 cups shredded, unsweetened cocout
    1/4 cup honey
    1/5 cup sliced almonds
    4 egg whites

Directions

Mix ingredients together and add 1 TBS into a greased muffin tin. Bake on 350 for 18 to 20 minutes.
