Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth - one container 900ml
Yellow fleshed potatoes, 6-7
1 can of lentils
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of cornstarch
I add in oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and hot sauce for flavour.
