Emily's Low Sodium Chili

Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)
    Bushls Reduced Sodium Black Beans 1/2 c, 3 serving (remove)
    kidney beans canned 1/2 c, 3.5 serving (remove)
    Diced Canned Peeled Tomatoes No Salt Added 1/2 c, 3.5 serving (remove)
    *Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 82 gram(s) (remove)
    Garlic, 5 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Dry Mustard, 1 tsp

Directions

Chopped veggies and saute in 1 tbl olive oil. Brown meat then mix in the rest of the ingredients and let simmer. I rinsed the canned beans.

I serve this over wild rice and then drizzle lime (preferred) or lemon on top. You can add a dollop of plain yogurt - my favorite.
