Introduction

Simply Delicious.
Blender, Food Processor or by hand works well to blend ingredients.

Ingredients

    1 avocado, hass
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/4 cup green onions, or your preference
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/8 tsp cayenne, optional
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp curry powder
    4 tbsp cilantro, optional

Directions

Slice avocado in half long equator
Remove pulp from shell and save shell
Add all ingredients into pulp and blend well.
Add blended avocado into avocado shell.
Serve and Enjoy!
