Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove)
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove)
Cumin (ground), 1 tsp (remove)
Fresh Garlic Minced, 2 tbsp (remove)
Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil, .12 tbsp (remove)
1/4 cup daisy lite sour cream
1 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter
To make the hummus creamy, run your hands over the beans to loosen their skins. Discard the skins before processing - I heard it on Splendid Table and it's true. Serve with thinly sliced cukes.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth: add water if needed. Makes 16 servings (2Tablespoons each).
