Pork burgers

Ingredients

    * Sainsbury's Pork Mince, 1000 gram
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Pureed Tomatoes, 20 grams
    * Chili powder, 1 tsp
    * *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper

Directions

Add onion and chili pepper to food processor and process until finely chopped. Mix with the mince and other ingredients and shape into burgers. I usually make 11, but you can adjust the sizes.
Bake in a hot oven for 20-30 mins or until cooked
