Ingredients

    12 hard boiled eggs
    3 tbl light mayo
    3 tbl dijon mustard
    3 tbl sweet relish

Directions

peel eggs, slice in half. Remove yolks mash with mayo, mustard and relish. Scoop into whites. 1 serving is 2 halves.
