Ingredients

    * Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced (remove)
    * Beans, white, .75 cup (remove)
    1.5 cups water
    tumeric itsp
    curry powder 1 tsp
    fenagreek 1 tsp
    salt to taste

Directions

saute onion , garlic and celery, add spices
add water and lentils and canned drained rinsed beans
cook for 15-20 mins
