Stuffed Mushrooms

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 lb mushrooms
    3.5 oz Neufchatel
    1/3 cup minced onion
    1 tbsp Horseradish (coarse)
    1/4 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Italian Mix
    1/2 tbsp butter

Directions

Remove stems, mince.
Melt butter in pan over medium
Place mushrooms top down in pan, cover.
Check until you see liquid inside, remove from heat and flip. Cover another minute or two.
Remove mushrooms to broiler safe tray
Add onions/stems to pan, sprinkle mix over and saute in remaining juice. Put in bowl, add neufchatel and horseradish and mix.
Stuff mushrooms and boil until brown.
