Ingredients

    100g celery chopped
    150g onion chopped
    1lb sweet potato
    1/2lb potato
    180g yellow squash
    100g zucchini
    32oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Directions

Saute onions and celery in butter
add broth to cover sweet potato and cook...
add everything together & simmer
