Puff Oven Pancakes

Ingredients

    Makes 6 servings,

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix eggs flour and milk together into a thin batter.
Add butter to 2 pie plates and heat plates in the hot oven until butter melts and begins to brown.
Remove the pie plates do not allow to cool. Add the batter dividing it evenly between the two plates.
Return plates to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until batter bakes and rises up the sides of the plates forming a golden brown bowl for the fruit salad and topping.
Serve with the bowls hot filled with the fruit salad topped with yogurt, flavor the yogurt with vanilla and sweeten to taste if preferred. I use pre-sweetened and flavored yogurt.
