Creamy Rice

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups dry brown rice
    3-1/4 c water
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 bag frozen vegetables

Directions

Combine rice, water, and soup in a saucepan or rice cooker and cook according to package directions.

Before serving, steam veggies in the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes on high. Add to rice and stir thoroughly.

Serving = apx 200 g
