Ingredients

    8-3 oz Filets of Wahoo/Ono Fish
    5 tbsp Salt
    5 tbsp Black Pepper
    6-8 tbsp Best Food's Mayonnaise (just to coat the outside)

Directions

In a small pot melt butter, put aside.
Coat the fish completely with the salt and pepper blend.
In a small baking pan, pour the melted butter.
Coat the fish with the mayonnaise and then arrange the fish in the pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the fish turns to a light golden brown.
Enjoy.
