arame edamame salad

Ingredients

    2/3 c dry arame (very loose)
    1 1/2 c Edamame shelled
    2 tbs gomashio (or toasted sesame seeds + 1 tsp salt)
    2 tbsp olive or sesame oil
    1 tbs white wine vinegar or brown rice vinegar
    1 tbsp soya
    i clove garlic minced

Directions

soak the arame for 15 mins, then rince
steam beans - or if pre-cooked and unfrozen skip this step
mix all other ingredients in seperate bowl, if using olive oil let sesame seeds or gomashio sit in to release flavour

pour dressing over beans, and stir, add arame, stir again

let sit 15 mins, or longer
