Broccoli Soup

Introduction

Delicious way to eat lots of veg! Delicious way to eat lots of veg!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 cups chopped broccoli
    1 cup onion chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbls pepper
    10 cups broth/stock/water
    1 cup milk
    4 ozs reduced fat cream cheese

Directions

Sautee onion with pam in dutch oven. Add in chicken stock/broth/water. Add in broccoli, boil for about 10 minutes. With an imersion blender, blend the broccoli mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in milk and cream cheese until warm and melted. Serve!
