Introduction

These cakes have about 150 fewer calories, 25 fewer grams of sugar, and 10 fewer grams of fat than your average double chocolate cupcake -- WHOOHOO!!! How is it possible? No-sugar baking mix, greek yogurt instead of oil, and a reasonable dollop of luscious whipped cream instead of a giant glob of canned frosting. These cakes have about 150 fewer calories, 25 fewer grams of sugar, and 10 fewer grams of fat than your average double chocolate cupcake -- WHOOHOO!!! How is it possible? Ingredients

    1 box Sugar-Free devil's food cake mix
    1 cup. non-fat plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup warm water

    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix the yogurt, water, and cake mix together until it just comes together in a medium bowl. Evenly divide the mix between 12 cupcake cups. Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean (start checking after 15 minutes)

Let the cakes cool before making the whipped cream topping.

Sift the sugar and cocoa on top of the cream and vanilla. Beat until it forms stiff peaks.

Top each cake with 2 tbsp. of whipped cream and enjoy!!
