Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup Flour, whole grain, 2 cup
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Milk, skim, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/3 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup mini chips

Directions

Mix dry incredients, then add wet incredients in leaving the chip until the end.

Makes 24 muffins. Bake at 400 Celsius for 15 mins
