Salsa Chicken Bake

Introduction

30 minute dinner! 30 minute dinner!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    To make 4 servings:
    2 Lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 package Taco Seasoning
    Fresh Salsa (I like Rojo's, but any fresh salsa will do)
    Cheddar Cheese (optional and depends on what you prefer - American Cheese works well too)
    Sour Cream (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat over to 350 degress
2. On a cookies sheet, arrange the chicken. Lightly coat the chicken, both sides, with the taco seasoning.
3. Top all the chicken with a layer of salsa
4. Cook for 30 minutes. If you desire, add the cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes. If you do not want cheese, cook for 35 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, and if you so desire, add a tablesoon of sour cream over each serving and enjoy!
