Introduction

Whole wheat pancakes Whole wheat pancakes
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 C Splenda measures like sugar
    2 tblsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    5 Egg whites
    2 1/2 Cups water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Keep in ziploc bag or resealable container.
Use 1/2 Cup dry mix with 1 egg white & 1/2 Cup of water for 1 serving - 3 WW points
Variations include adding pumpkin & pumpkin pie spices or cinnamon, or using applesauce for extra flavor... serve with carmalized apples or bananas
