1 Tbsp Gluten Free Dry Yeast
1.5 cups almond flour
1 cup garbanzo bean flour
2 Tbsp dry milk powder
2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp unflavored gelation powder
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
2/3 cup warm water
1 tp olive oil
1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
coat pan w grapeseed oil Place dough on pan and sprinkle with bean flour to help press it evenly into the pan (12" round or 9x13). Bake for 8-10 min. Remove pizza crust from oven and top with favorite sauce and toppings. Bake for an additional 15-20 min.
