Introduction

Be sure to use whole wheat pastry flour rather than regular whole wheat flour. Be sure to use whole wheat pastry flour rather than regular whole wheat flour.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1/3 cup real maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/3 cup dried cranberries

Directions

In two separate bowls mix wet and dry ingredients. Then combine. Spoon onto non-stick or greased (Pam) baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 24 servings.
