1 1/8 cup Barley flour
1/4 cup water
3 Tbs raisins
2 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs applesauce (unsweetened)
2 Tsp vinegar
1 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp baking soda
Mix water, maple syrup, applesauce and vinegar. Set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder baking soda and raisins in food processor. Blend. Add liquid and process until dough forms. Transfer to flat surface dusted with flour. flatten into circle 6" in diameter and 3/4" thick. Score into 12 wedeges,(do not separate). Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
