Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
.75 cup canola oil
12 oz baby food carrots (3 jars)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into a 12 muffin tray lined with paper muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings. Keep well in freezer.
