Introduction

Great way to sneak in some veggies! Great way to sneak in some veggies!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Libby's Pumpkin, 0.5 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    * *Honey, 1 tbsp
    * Nutmeg, ground, .1667 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, .333 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    * Ice, .5 cup
    * Cinnamon and whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Blend everything but the ice until smooth. Add ice; continue to blend until thick and creamy. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired. Serves 2.
