Introduction

Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup cooked mushrooms
    1 1/2 tbsp chopped onions
    5 jalapeno slices, chopped

Directions

Slice mushrooms and sautee them if you have not already.
Dice tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos
Spray pan with cooking spray. Add two egg whites. When egg whites are almost cooked, add all other ingredients. When egg is completely cooked, fold in half and serve.
