A healty and great tasting bean soup A healty and great tasting bean soup
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 medium onion. chopped
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    2 ribs of celery, chopped
    2 cups of water
    2 cans of great northern beans
    1 can (28 oz.) of diced tomatoes
    1 pound of lite smoked sausage, cut 1/4" and halved
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

In a dutch oven combine onion, celery and water. Bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow to simmer for about an hour.
