1 cup Quinoa 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 medium onion 1 cup broth
Heat oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add quinoa and toast for 1-2 minutes, careful not the burn. Add broth and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
