Ingredients
-
1 can of tuna, packed in water and drained
1 cup red onion
.25 cup red pepper
2 hard boiled egg whites
1 large carrot
Mayonnaise - 3 TBSP
Directions
I use a large wooden bowl and hand chopper to make this salad, but you can cut the ingredients with a knife or use a food processor if you like.
Chop the ingredients together, adding salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Add enough mayo to hold the salad together. On the day I made this salad, I used 3 TBSP.
